What will you do as a Client Accountant?

• Ensure that all accounting & tax obligations relating to the client portfolio are met and dealt with to the highest level of professionalism and client satisfaction;
• Prepare full statutory accounts, including preparing and filing corporate tax returns and dividend returns;
• Liaise with and manage independent accountants and auditors;
• Handle day to day enquiries and requests from customers and address their needs;
• To assist the compliance department meeting the firms regulatory compliance and reporting obligations both internally and to third parties;
• Keep abreast of all AML, FC, CPF regulations, and highlight ongoing non-compliance;


What do you know that makes you a great Client Accountant?

• Previous experience in putting together management accounts is essential;
• Part qualified (ACA/ACCA etc.);
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel;
• Experience preparing trustee financial statements is preferred;
• Proficiency with various accounting software packages;

You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area

Salary £35k - £40k based on experience with bonus & benefits package.
